Spa Vacations, A Treat for Busy Housewives

I am a mother of three and a loving wife to my husband. But as much as I love my boys, I often times wish it was not always so chaotic. Every day I’d come home from work and prepare dinner, wash the dishes, clean-up the two younger boys, and put them to sleep. In the morning, I’d have to prepare the kids’ and my husband’s breakfast and lunch packs as well as get ready for work. At the office tons of paperworks pile up on my table that I’d have to finish. After work I’d have to drop by the grocery store and buy stuff to fill the pantry and prepare dinner. Then the cycle goes on and on and on.

Not only that, having three boys is not an easy fete. They fight, mess up the house, avoid taking baths, and not eat their vegetables. Every day is like an endless war with them. And even as their good night kisses calm me down at the end of the day, I still sometimes want to runaway and just relax even for one day. A wish that my doting husband, surprisingly, fulfilled for me.

I found out that my husband has booked a spa vacation for women for me and my sister at Villagio Inn and Spa at Napa Valley. He told me that he discovered the inn when he was reading an article in the website http://www.spa-vacation-packages.com/category/spa-vacations-for-women. I was so excited especially when he told me that the trip was going to happen on that weekend.

My sister and I were so happy when we arrived at the place. Everything was very luxurious! The rooms seemed that they were fit for a queen, especially with two queen sized beds available in the room. There were also robes, television, mini-refrigerator, espresso machines, and two sunken tubs!

But our favorite parts would have to be their spa services, of course. My sister and I took the Tranquility treatment which consists of aromatherapy massages, and the Hydramemory facial that brought back the moisture in our skin. We noticed that there are a lot of therapies to choose from but the therapies that we chose were already more than enough to make us feel pampered.

After the trip, I was more relaxed and had more energy to take care of my family again.
